Regulations 2002

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to increase fees relating to—

(a) the registration of; and

(b) the provision of copies of and extracts from the register of—

radiographers and nuclear medicine technologists.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 108AL of the Health Act 1958.

3. Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on
1 October 2002.
