Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
1. Citation
These regulations may be cited as the Health (Meat Inspection,
Branding and Processing) Amendment Regulations (No. 3)
2000.2. Schedule C amended
(1) Schedule C Table 2 Part 1 to the Health (Meat Inspection,
Branding and Processing) Regulations 1950* is amended by deleting the item headed "Scale V" and inserting the following
item instead -

(2) Schedule C Table 2 Part 2 to the Health (Meat Inspection,

(a) in the item commencing "Scale E" by inserting in the appropriate alphabetical position — 44
