Health (Meat Inspection, Branding and
Processing) Amendment Regulations
(No. 2) 2001
Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
1. Citation
These regulations may be cited as the Health (Meat Inspection, Branding and Processing) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2001.
2. The regulations amended
The amendments in these regulations are to the Health (Meat
Inspection, Branding and Processing) Regulations 1950*.[* Reprinted as at 21 May 1999. For amendments to 12 April 2001 see 1999 Index to

3. Schedule C amended
(1) Schedule C Table 2 Part 1 is amended by deleting the items
headed Scale D and inserting instead —“ Scale D
Unit of Livestock Carcass Side Piece
For each rabbit............................ 36c
”.
(2) Schedule C Table 2 Part 2 is amended as follows:
(a) in the item commencing “Scale D” by deleting “City of “ Shire of Serpentine-Jarrahdale ”;
(b) in the item commencing “Scale G” by deleting “Shire of Plantagenet”; (c) in the item commencing “Scale K” by inserting after “Shire of Esperance” — “ Shire of Plantagenet ”.
