Health (Meat Inspection, Branding and

Processing) Amendment Regulations 2001

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Health (Meat Inspection,
Branding and Processing) Amendment Regulations 2001.

2.             Schedule C amended

Schedule C Table 2 Part 1 to the Health (Meat Inspection, Branding and Processing) Regulations 1950* is amended by deleting the items headed “Scale W” and “Scale X” and inserting the following items instead —

Scale W

Unit of Livestock Carcass Side Piece

For each sheep, lamb, deer, goat or calf

(under 70 kg)............................. 45c
For each swine....................................... $1.90
For each cow, bull, heifer or steer......... $2.75
Scale X
Unit of Livestock Carcass Side Piece

For each sheep, lamb, deer, goat or calf

(under 70 kg)............................. 13c
For each cow, bull, heifer or steer......... 66c
Note: All fees shown are inclusive of GST.
