AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1998

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Health (Meat Inspection, Branding and

Schedule C amended

2.  Part 1 of Table 2 of Schedule C to the Health (Meat Inspection, Branding and Processing)

Regulations 1950* is amended by inserting after Scale N the following scale

Scale P

Unit of Livestock Carcass Side Piece

For each sheep, lamb, goat, calf or deer

(under 70 kg) $1.40 70c 35c
For each swine $7.00 S3.50 $1.75
For each cow, bull, heifer or steer $11.20 S5.60 $2.80
For each carton of meat on which no Carton (27
previous charge has been made kg approx.)
under this Schedule $2.50

".

(2) Part 2 of Table 2 of Schedule C to the Health (Meat Inspection, Branding and

Processing) Regulations 1950* is amended —

(a) by inserting after the item commencing "Scale N" the following item —

" Scale P Shire of Greenough ";and

(b) in the item commencing "Scale R" by deleting "Shire of Greenough".
