HEALTH (MEAT INSPECTION AND BRANDING)
AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 8) 1992
Made by His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in
Executive Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Health (Meat Inspection and
Branding) Amendment Regulations (No. 8) 1992.
Principal regulations
2. In these regulations the Health (Meat Inspection and Branding)
Regulations 1950* are referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 5 amended
3. Regulation 5 of the principal regulations is amended by inserting in the
correct alphabetical position the following —
Halls Creek Halls Creek Meat Supply, Lot 42, Bulara, Halls If Creek Schedule A amended
4. Schedule A to the principal regulations is amended in clause 3 by
inserting after the brand labelled "Chapman Valley" the following —
Halls Creek Health District
Halls Creek Shire Council
Schedule B amended
5. Schedule B to the principal regulations is amended by inserting in its
correct alphabetical position the following —
44 ff.

6. Schedule C to the principal regulations is amended in Table 2 under the heading "Local Authorities to which the scales apply " in Scale T by inserting in the correct alphabetical position the following —
