HEALTH (MEAT INSPECTION AND BRANDING) AMENDMENT

REGULATIONS (No. 6) 1996

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive

Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Health (Meat Inspection and

Branding) Amendment Regulations (No. 6) 1996.

Principal regulations

2. In these regulations the Health (Meat Inspection and Branding)

Regulations 1950* are referred to as the principal regulations.

(b)	by deleting "Chambers" in each place where it occurs and substituting the following —
" Offices ".

Regulations 4A and 6 amended

3. Regulations 4A (2) and 6 (2), (3) and (6) of the principal regulations are amended by deleting "local authority" in each place where it occurs and substituting the following —

" local government ".

Regulation 5 amended

4. Regulation 5 of the principal regulations is amended —

(a) by deleting "Road Board", "Municipal" and "Council" in each place
and substituting the following —

" Local Government "; and

Schedule B amended

5.     Schedule B to the principal regulations is amended -

(a) by deleting "Kalgoorlie Health District" and "Kalgoorlie Road

Health District" and substituting the following -

Kalgoorlie-Boulder Health District "; and

(b) by deleting "Northam Health District" and "Northam Road Board

Health District" and substituting the following -

Schedule C amended

6.     Schedule C to the principal regulations is amended in Table 2 -

by deleting the heading "Fees Payable to Local Authorities" and

(a) substituting the following heading -
