HEALTH (MEAT INSPECTION AND BRANDING) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 4) 1994

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Health (Meat Inspection and

Branding) Amendment Regulations (No. 4) 1994.

Principal regulations

2.     In these regulations the Health (Meat Inspection and Branding)

Regulations 1950* are referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 5 amended

3.     Regulation 5 of the principal regulations is amended by deleting

"Rockingham — Rockingham Butcher's Slaughter House, situated on portion

Cockburn Sound Location 16" and substituting the following —

Rockingham — Baldivis Poultry, Mandurah Road, Baldivis

Schedule C amended

4.     (1) Schedule C to the principal regulations is amended, in Table 2

under the heading "Fees Payable to LocalAuthorities" in Scale E, by deleting

"calf or deer" and substituting the following —
