(No. 2) 1995

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These reulations may be cited as the Health (Meat Inspection and Branding) Amend-

ment Regulations (No. 2) 1995.
Schedule C amended

2. Schedule C to the Health (Meat Inspection and Branding) Regulations 1950* is amended

in Table 2 under the Heading 'Local Authorities to which the scales apply—" —

(a)	in Scale F by deleting "Shire of Tammin"; and
(b)	in Scale G by inserting in the appropriate alphabetical position the following—

Shire of Tammin ".
