Health (Meat Hygiene) Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 2004

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in Executive
Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Health (Meat Hygiene)
Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2004.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Health (Meat
Hygiene) Regulations 2001*.

3.             Schedule 2 amended

Schedule 2 Part 1 is amended in item 2 by deleting the entry
relating to “Dardanup Butchering Company” and inserting
instead —
“

• (Dardanup Butchering Company, Wimbridge Road, Picton) ………… 2.00 0.65 2.95

”.
