Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Health (Liquid Waste) Repeal

Regulations 1996.

Commencement

2.     These regulations come into operation on the day on which the

Environmental Protection (Liquid Waste) Regulations 1996 come into

Repeal

3. The Health (Liquid Waste) Regulations 1993* are repealed.
