HEALTH (LICENSING OF LIQUID WASTE) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Health (Licensing of Liquid Waste)

Amendment Regulations 1990.

Regulation 13 amended

2. Regulation 13 of the Health (Licensing of Liquid Waste) Regulations 1987* is amended in subregulation (1) by deleting 11.10" and substituting the following—

$1.25 ".
