This regulation may be cited as the Health Legislation (Information Sharing) Amendment Regulation 2018.

Part 2    Amendment of Ambulance Service Regulation 2015

This part amends the Ambulance Service Regulation 2015.

3   Amendment of sch 2 (Agreements)

Schedule 2, part 2—
insert—

The agreement dated 14 July 2017 called ‘Memorandum of Understanding for Inter-Agency Computer Aided Dispatch Electronic Messaging System (ICEMS) Between State of Queensland acting through Queensland Health represented by Queensland Ambulance Service and State of Queensland acting through the Queensland Police Service and State of Queensland acting through the Queensland Fire and Emergency Services and State of Queensland acting through the Public Safety Business Agency’.

Part 3    Amendment of Hospital and Health Boards Regulation 2012

This part amends the Hospital and Health Boards Regulation 2012.
