(1) Sections 1, 12 and 13 and this section come into

ia practise of acupuncture from section 61(1)(c)

n (a) notice of the proposal; and
e (b) a reasonable opportunity to make
m submissions to the Board about the

a (8) Upon determining an application for
P endorsement of registration under sub-
section (1), the Board must notify the

n applicant as to whether or not endorsement
a of registration has been granted to the
applicant.

o (9) A notice under sub-section (8) must include
