Health Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2014 Part 1 Preliminary [s 1] Part 1 Preliminary 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Health Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2014 . Part 2 Amendment of Health Practitioners (Special Events Exemption) Regulation 2009 2 Regulation amended This part amends the Health Practitioners (Special Events Exemption) Regulation 2009 . 3 Insertion of new ss 3 and 4 After section 2 insert 3 Declaration of AFC Asian Cup 2015 as special event (1) The event known as ‘AFC Asian Cup 2015’ is declared to be a special event for the Act. (2) The exemption under the Act for the event has effect for the period starting on 9 December 2014 and ending on 8 February 2015. Page 2 4 Declaration of ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 as special event (1) The event known as ‘ICC Cricket World Cup 2015’ is declared to be a special event for the Act. 2014 SL No. 260
Health Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2014 Part 3 Amendment of Hospital and Health Boards Regulation 2012 [s 4] (2) The exemption under the Act for the event has effect for the period starting on 14 January 2015 and ending on 5 April 2015. Part 3 Amendment of Hospital and Health Boards Regulation 2012 4 Regulation amended This part amends the Hospital and Health Boards Regulation 2012 . 5 Amendment of sch 3 (Agreements) Schedule 3, part 2— insert— 15 The agreement dated 16 June 2014 called ‘Memorandum of Understanding between the Chief Executive of Queensland Health and Metro North Hospital and Health Service and the Queensland Police Service, Confidential Information Exchange’. Health Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2014 Part 4 Amendment of Public Health (Infection Control for Personal Appearance Services) Regulation 2003 [s 6] Part 4 Amendment of Public Health (Infection Control for Personal Appearance Services) Regulation 2003 6 Regulation amended This part amends the Public Health (Infection Control for Personal Appearance Services) Regulation 2003. 7 Amendment of s 4 (Infection control competency standard) (1) Section 4(1), ‘HLTIN402B’— omit, insert HLTIN402C (2) Section 4(2), from ‘title’— omit, insert— titles ‘HLTIN2A—Maintain Infection Control Standards in Office Practice Settings’ and ‘HLTIN402B—Maintain Infection Control Standards in Office Practice Settings’.
