Health Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2011 Part 1 Preliminary [s 1] Part 1 Preliminary 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Health Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2011 . Part 2 Amendment of Health Services Regulation 2002 2 Regulation amended This part amends the Health Services Regulation 2002 . 3 ‘34A Replacement of s 34A (Administrative units—Act, s 24(1)) Section 34A— omit , insert — Administrative units—Act, s 24(1) ‘Each of the following is an administrative unit of the department prescribed for section 24(1) of the Act— (a) any health service district; (b) centre for healthcare improvement; (c) clinical and statewide services division; (d) division of the chief health officer; (e) finance, procurement and legal services division; (f) health planning and infrastructure division; (g) human resource services division; (h) information division; (i) office of the director-general; Page 2 2011 SL No. 271
