Part 2 Amendment of Health Services Regulation 2002 3 Regulation amended This part amends the Health Services Regulation 2002 . 4 Amendment of s 8 (Pharmaceuticals) (1) Section 8(2), ‘$5.40’— omit, insert ‘$5.60’. Health Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2010 Part 3 Amendment of Private Health Facilities Regulation 2000 [s 6] ‘15 Intergovernmental Agreement on Federal Financial Relations, the schedules and any agreements under the schedules, as amended from time to time, between the Commonwealth of Australia and the States and Territories of Australia, commenced 1 January 2009.’. (2) Schedule 2, part 2, items 15 to 17, second occurring— renumber as schedule 2, part 2, items 16 to 19. (3) Schedule 2, part 2— insert ‘20 The agreement dated 26 July 2010 called, ‘Memorandum of Understanding between the State of Queensland acting through Queensland Health and the State of Queensland acting through the Department of Community Safety (Queensland Ambulance Service)’.’. Part 3 Amendment of Private Health Facilities Regulation 2000 6 Regulation amended This part amends the Private Health Facilities Regulation 2000 . 7 Amendment of sch 2 (Agreements) Schedule 2— insert ‘12 Intergovernmental Agreement on Federal Financial Relations, the schedules and any agreements under the schedules, as amended from time to time, between the Commonwealth of Australia and the States and Territories of Australia, commenced 1 January 2009’. 2010 SL No. 370 Page 3

(2) Schedule 3, part 2— insert ‘• Intergovernmental Agreement on Federal Financial Relations, the schedules and any agreements under the schedules, as amended from time to time, between the Commonwealth of Australia and the States and Territories of Australia, commenced 1 January 2009’.
