s1 2 s4 Health Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 4) No. 109, 2006 2006 Part 1 Preliminary 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Health Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2006 . 2 Commencement Part 3 commences on 1 July 2006. Part 2 Amendment of Hospitals Foundations Regulation 2005 3 Regulation amended in pt 2 This part amends the Hospitals Foundations Regulation 2005. 4 Replacement of ss 2 and 3 Sections 2 and 3— omit, insert— ‘2 Establishment of bodies corporate—Act, s 7 ‘Each of the bodies corporate mentioned in the schedule is established. ‘3 Body corporate continued in existence ‘(1) The body corporate named Princess Alexandra Hospital Foundation is continued in existence under the name PA Foundation. ‘(2) This section expires the day it commences.’.
