s1 2 s3 Health Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 4) No. 292, 2004 2004 Part 1 Preliminary 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Health Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2004 . Part 2 Amendment of Health Services Regulation 2002 2 Regulation amended in pt 2 This part amends the Health Services Regulation 2002. 3 Amendment of sch 2 (Agreements) (1) Schedule 2— insert— ‘14 The agreement dated 31 August 2003 between the Commonwealth and the State entered into under the Health Care (Appropriation) Act 1998 (Cwlth) 15 National Health Information Agreement between the Health Authorities of the States and Territories of Australia, the Health Insurance Commission, the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare and the Commonwealth of Australia (2004 to 2009)’. (2) Schedule 2, item 3— omit, insert— ‘3 The agreement dated 28 August 1998 between the Commonwealth and the State entered into under the Health Care (Appropriation) Act 1998 (Cwlth)’.
