Part 1 2 Health Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 3) No. 142, 2005 2005 Preliminary 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Health Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2005 . Part 2 Amendment of Health (Drugs and Poisons) Regulation 1996 2 Regulation amended in pt 2 This part amends the Health (Drugs and Poisons) Regulation1996. 3 Amendment of s 82 (Conditions of dispensing) Section 82(2)(a), ‘is not’— omit, insert— ‘is not a nurse practitioner or’. 4 Amendment of s 193 (Conditions of dispensing) Section 193(2)(a), from ‘is not’ to ‘doctor’— omit, insert— ‘is not a nurse practitioner or registered in the State as a dentist, doctor, optometrist’. 5 Amendment of appendix 8A (Rural hospitals) Appendix 8A— insert— ‘Hervey Bay,

(2) Section 35, ‘section 63(2)(g)’— omit, insert— ‘section 62N(1)(a)’.
