Health Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2011 Part 1 Preliminary [s 1] Part 1 Preliminary 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Health Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2011 . Part 2 Amendment of Health Services Regulation 2002 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Health Services Regulation 2002. 3 Amendment of s 34C (Disclosure for purposes relating to health services—Act, s 62H(b)) Section 34C(1)— insert — ‘(d) the Office of Economic and Statistical Research for collecting and evaluating data about a person who receives treatment in a public sector hospital for the purpose of the department’s patient satisfaction surveys.
