Part 1 Health Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2009 Part 1 Preliminary [s 1] Preliminary 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Health Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2009 . 2 Commencement (1) Parts 2 and 6 commence on 1 October 2009. (2) Part 3 commences on 1 August 2009. (3) Section 8 commences on 20 September 2009. Part 7 Amendment of Water Fluoridation Regulation 2008 14 Regulation amended This part amends the Water Fluoridation Regulation 2008. 15 Insertion of new s 4A After section 4— insert— ‘4A Naturally occurring fluoride concentration—Act, s 8(1)(a) ‘For the Act, section 8(1)(a), the minimum and maximum concentrations prescribed for a water supply containing naturally occurring fluoride are— (a) if the water supply is located in the local government area of a local government listed in schedule 2, part 2009 SL No. 154 Page 9
