Health Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2014 Part 1 Preliminary [s 1] Part 1 Preliminary 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Health Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2014 . Part 2 Amendment of Hospital and Health Boards Regulation 2012 2 Regulation amended This part amends the Hospital and Health Boards Regulation 2012. 3 Amendment of s 35 (Disclosure of confidential information for purposes relating to health services) (1) Section 35(1)(b)(iv) to (ix)— omit, insert — (iv) Aspex Consulting Pty Ltd ACN 119 934 173; (v) Capital Insight Pty Ltd ACN 056 297 100; (vi) Thinc Health Australia Pty Ltd ACN 133 263 617; (vii) KPMG ABN 51 194 660 183; (viii) PricewaterhouseCoopers ABN 52 780 433 757; (2) Section 35— insert— (1A) Also for section 150(b) of the Act, the following are prescribed entities for evaluating, managing, Page 2 2014 SL No. 29

(3) Section 35(2)— insert— National Disability Insurance Scheme see the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 (Cwlth), section 9. NDIS agency means the National Disability Insurance Scheme Launch Transition Agency established under the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 (Cwlth), section 117. (4) Section 35(1) to (2)— renumber as section 35(1) to (3). (2) For section 147(4)(h)(ii) of the Act, the following are prescribed entities for evaluating, managing, monitoring or planning health services by reviewing patterns of health services delivery and projecting the future demand for, and supply of, health services— (a) Aspex Consulting Pty Ltd ACN 119 934 173; (b) Capital Insight Pty Ltd ACN 056 297 100; (c) Carramar Consulting Pty Ltd ACN 116 505 134; (d) Deloitte Touche Tomatsu ABN 74 490 121 060; (e) Hardes and Associates Pty Ltd ACN 079 150 940; (f) KPMG ABN 51 194 660 183; (g) PricewaterhouseCoopers ABN 52 780 433 757; (h) Thinc Health Australia Pty Ltd ACN 133 263 617.
