Health Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2010 Part 1 Preliminary [s 1] Part 1 Preliminary 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Health Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2010 . Part 2 Amendment of Chiropractors Registration Regulation 2002 2 Regulation amended This part amends the ChiropractorsRegistrationRegulation2002 . 3 Amendment of s 4 (Period of registration—Act, s 56) Section 4— insert— ‘(2) However, the general registration period for the financial year beginning on 1 July 2009 ends at the end of 1 July 2010. ‘(3) Also, the general registration period for the financial year beginning on 1 July 2010 instead begins on 2 July 2010.’.
