Part 2 Amendment of Health Services Regulation 2002 2 Regulation amended in pt 2 This part amends the Health Services Regulation 2002. 3 Amendment of sch 2 (Agreements) (1) Schedule 2, items 5 to 9, 11 and 12— omit. (2) Schedule 2, items 10 and 13— renumber as schedule 2, items 5 and 6. (3) Schedule 2— insert— ‘7 Agreement between Queensland and the Australian Capital Territory for the funding of admitted patient services provided to residents of Queensland by the Australian Capital Territory and vice versa, for the period 1 July 2003 to 30 June 2008. 8 Agreement between Queensland and the Northern Territory for the funding of admitted patient services provided to residents of Queensland by the Northern Territory and vice versa, for the period 1 July 2003 to 30 June 2008.
