s1 3 s6 Health Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) No. 245, 2001 2001 PART 1—PRELIMINARY 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Health Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2001 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 January 2002. PART 2—AMENDMENT OF FOOD HYGIENE REGULATION 1989 3 Regulation amended in pt 2 This part amends the Food Hygiene Regulation 1989. 4 Amendment of s 2 (Interpretation) Section 2(1), definitions “food safety standards”, “Food Standards Code” and “proprietor”— omit . 5 Omission of pt 2 (Food safety standards) Part 2— omit . 6 Amendment of s 7 (Licensing provisions) Section 7(21), definition “dealt with”, from ‘prepared’— omit, insert — ‘handled or sold.’.
