Health Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2012 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Health Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2012 . 2 Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions (1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of the day of 24 November 2013. (2) In this section— postponed law means the following provisions of the HealthLegislation Amendment Act 2011 — (a) sections 5 and 14; (b) section 16, to the extent it inserts new section 303; (c) section 18, to the extent it inserts new definitions conduct , disallow , disallowance notice , food business rating scheme and prescribed requirements ; (d) section 71. Editor’s note — The postponed law now automatically commences on 25 November 2013. 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 26 November 2013.
