s1 2 s3 Health Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2006 No. 41, 2006 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Health Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2006 . 2 Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions of Act (1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 1 April 2007. 1 (2) In this section— postponed law means the Health Legislation Amendment Act2005, section 51. 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 3 April 2007.
