(No. 2) 1990

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation

1.These regulations may be cited as the Health Laboratory Service (Fees)

Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1990.
Regulation 3 amended
2. Regulation 3 of the Health Laboratory Service (Fees) Regulations* is

amended by inserting after "(198 of 1989)" the following—

as amended by the Health Insurance (Variation of Pathology Services
Table) Regulations (Amendment) (No. 84 of 1990) ".
