Health Insurance (Vocational Registration of General Practitioners) Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Health Insurance Act 1973.

1. Amendment

1.1  The Health Insurance (Vocational Registration of GP’s) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

[NOTE:

 These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s.48]

2. Regulation 1 (Citation)

2.1  Omit “GP’s”, substitute “General Practitioners”.

3. Regulation 2 (Definitions)

3.1  Paragraph 2 (2) (b):

Omit “28 September 1989”, substitute “1 September 1992”.

3.2  Paragraph 2 (2) (c):

Omit “43 Lower Fort Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000.”, substitute “39 Terry Street, Rozelle, NSW 2039.”.
