Insurance (Variation of Fees and Medical Services) (No. 45) Regulations
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia,
acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the
following Regulations under the Health Insurance Act 1973.

Citation
1. These Regulations may be cited as
the Health Insurance (Variation of Fees and Medical Services) (No. 45)
Regulations.
Commencement
2. These Regulations shall come into
operation on 19 December 1986.
Amendments of the Schedule to the
Health Insurance (Variation of Fees and Medical Services) (No. 44) Regulations
3. The Schedule to the Health
Insurance (Variation of Fees and Medical Services) (No. 44) Regulations is
amended by omitting from item 4825 "156.00" (wherever occurring) and
substituting "200.00".
