Health Insurance (Variation of Fees and Medical Services) (No. 39) Regulations

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Health Insurance Act 1973.

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Health Insurance (Variation of Fees and Medical Services) (No. 39) Regulations.

Commencement

2. These Regulations shall come into operation on 23 September 1985.

Amendment of Schedule to Health Insurance (Variation of Fees and Medical Services) (No. 37) Regulations

3. The Schedule to the Health Insurance (Variation of Fees and Medical Services) (No. 37) Regulations (being that Schedule as amended by the Health Insurance (Variation of Fees and Medical Services) (No. 38) Regulations) is amended—

(a) by omitting from item 180 "33.00" (wherever occurring) and substituting "34.50";

(b) by omitting from item 182 "16.80" (wherever occurring) and substituting "17.40";

(c) by omitting from item 184 "16.80" (wherever occurring) and substituting "17.40"; and

(d) by omitting from item 186 "168.00" (wherever occurring) and substituting "174.00".
