REGULATIONS UNDER THE HEALTH INSURANCE ACT 19731

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Health Insurance Act 1973.

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Health Insurance (Variation of Fees and Medical Services) (No. 12) Regulations.

Commencement

2. These Regulations shall come into operation on 5 March 1979.

Health Insurance (Variation of Fees and Medical Services) (No. 7) Regulations— amendment of Schedule

3. The Schedule to the Health Insurance (Variation of Fees and Medical Services) (No. 7) Regulations (being that Schedule as amended by the Health Insurance (Variation of Fees and Medical Services) (No. 8) Regulations, the Health Insurance (Variation of Fees and Medical Services) (No. 9) Regulations, the Health Insurance (Variation of Fees and Medical Services) (No. 10) Regulations and the Health Insurance (Variation of Fees and Medical Services) (No. 11) Regulations) is amended by omitting Part 7 of the table of medical services and substituting the following Part:
