Health Insurance Regulations2(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Health Insurance Act 1973.

Repeal

1. Regulations 2AA, 2AAB, 2A, 2B, 2C and 5 of the Health Insurance Regulations are repealed.

Claim for daily bed payment

 2. Regulation 6 of the Health Insurance Regulations is amended by omitting sub-regulation (1).

Claim for supplementary bed payment

 3. Regulation 7 of the Health Insurance Regulations is amended by omitting sub-regulation (1).

Repeal

 4. Regulations 9AA, 11 and 12 of the Health Insurance Regulations are repealed.

Schedule 1

 5. Schedule 1 to the Health Insurance Regulations is amended by omitting Forms 1A, 1B, 1C, 3, 4 and 5.
