Health Insurance Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Health Insurance Act 1973.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 November 1983.

Amendments of Schedule 4 to the Health Insurance Regulations

2. Schedule 4 to the Health Insurance Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting each of the following numbers, namely, “5337”, “5339”, “6238”, “6241” and “6244”; and

(b) by inserting in its proper numerical position in that Schedule each of the following numbers, namely, “5542”, “6247”, “7002”, “7133”, “7190”, “7204”, “8024”, “8448” and “8449”.
