Health Insurance Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Health Insurance Act 1973.

Prescribed authorities for the purposes of paragraph 130 (3) (b) of the Act

Regulation 9b of the Health Insurance Regulations is amended by adding at the end of sub-regulation (2) the following paragraph:

“(d) a person who, for the time being, is performing the duties of one of the following positions in the Complaints Unit in the Department of Health of the State of New South Wales:

(i) Legal Officer position number 7101 /48;

(ii) Legal Officer position number 7101 /289.”.
