Regulation 2adb of the Health Insurance Regulations is amended by adding at the end the following sub-regulation:
“(4) For the purposes of sub-regulation (1), professional services rendered in relation to the use of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the treatment of multiple sclerosis shall be taken to be professional services rendered in prescribed circumstances.”.
