Health Insurance Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Health Insurance Act 1973.

Regulation 2adb of the Health Insurance Regulations is amended by adding at the end of subregulation (2) the following paragraph:

“(e) professional services rendered for the purpose of, or related to, the removal of tattoos.”.
