Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Health Insurance Act 1973.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Health Insurance Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

[NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s. 48.]

2.   Schedule 3 (Prescribed authorities and persons—subsection 130 (3A) of the Act)

2.1   Part 4, items 2 and 3:

Omit the items, substitute:

“2	Commissioner, position number, 7106/01, Health Care Complaints Commission
3	Deputy Commissioner, position number 7106/61, Health Care Complaints Commission
4	Legal Co-Ordinator, position number 7106/24, Health Care Complaints Commission”.

2.2   Part 5, item 1:

Omit “Medical Board of Victoria”, substitute “Medical Practitioners Board of Victoria”.

2.3   Part 5, item 5:

Omit “Medical Board of Tasmania”, substitute “Medical Council of Tasmania”.
