Health Insurance Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Health Insurance Act 1973.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations are taken to have commenced on 1 February 1998.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Health Insurance Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Regulation 6E (Register of Approved Placements)

3.1   Omit “Schedule 1A” (wherever occurring), substitute “Schedule 5”.

4.   Schedule 1A

4.1   Omit Schedule 1A inserted by Statutory Rules 1996 No. 335, as amended.

5.   New Schedule 5

5.1   After Schedule 4, insert:
