Health Insurance Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, WILLIAM PATRICK DEANE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Health Insurance Act 1973.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 1 July 1998.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Health Insurance Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Schedule 4 (Declared professional organisation, specialty and qualifications for the purposes of subsection 3D (1) of the Act)

3.1   After item 2, insert:

“2A Australasian Faculty of Occupational Medicine Occupational Medicine Fellowship (FAFOM)”.
