Prudential Standard HPS 350 Disclosure to APRA

Private Health Insurance (Prudential Supervision) Act 2015

I, Geoff Summerhayes, a delegate of APRA under subsection 92(5) of the Private HealthInsurance (Prudential Supervision) Act 2015 (the Act) REVOKE Health Insurance (prudential standard) determination No. 6 of 2015, including Prudential Standard HPS 350 Disclosure to APRA made under that Determination, to the extent that it applied to all private health insurers.

This instrument commences on the day following registration.

Interpretation

In this Determination:

APRA means the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority.

private health insurer has the same meaning as in the Act.
