1Name of Regulations

 These Regulations are the Health Insurance (Pathology Services Table) Amendment Regulations 2004 (No. 4).

2Commencement

 These Regulations commence on 1 September 2004.

3Amendment of Health Insurance (Pathology Services Table) Regulations 2003

Schedule 1 amends the Health Insurance (Pathology Services Table) Regulations 2003.

[1]Schedule 1, Part 2, subrule 2 (6), before definition of practice location

ASGCmeans the document titled Australian Standard Geographical Classification (ASGC) 2002, published by the Australian Bureau of Statistics, as in force on 1 July 2002.

[2]Schedule 1, Part 2, subrule 2 (6), after definition of Rural, Remote and Metropolitan Areas Classification

SLA means a Statistical Local Area specified in the ASGC.

SSD means a Statistical Subdivision specified in the ASGC.
