REGULATION UNDER THE HEALTH INSURANCE ACT 19731

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Health Insurance Act 1973.

AMENDMENTS OF THE HEALTH INSURANCE (PATHOLOGY SERVICES) REGULATIONS2

Particulars to be recorded on account, &c.

Regulation 6 of the Health Insurance (Pathology Services) Regulations is amended by omitting “form of agreement” (wherever occurring) and substituting “form of assignment or agreement”.
