Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Health Insurance (Pathology Services) Amendment Regulations 2006 (No. 1).

Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

Amendment of Health Insurance (Pathology Services) Regulations 1989

Schedule 1 amends the Health Insurance (Pathology Services) Regulations 1989.
