1. Name of Determination

This Determination is the Health Insurance (Pathologist-determinable Services) Amendment Determination 2014.

1. Commencement

This Determination is taken to have commenced as follows:

(a)        sections 1 to 4 and Schedule 1 – 1 December 2013;

(b)        Schedule 2 – 1 January 2014.

This Determination is made under the Health Insurance Act 1973.
