The following provisions of the diagnostic imaging services table shall be taken to have effect as if the relevant services were also specified in the provision:

(a)paragraph 1.2.10(1)(a);

(b)subclause 2.5.1(1);

(c)subclause 2.5.1(2); and

(d)clause 2.5.7
