This Determination is the Health Insurance (Midwife and Nurse Practitioner) Amendment Determination 2012 (No.2).
Commencement
This Determination commences on 1 January 2013.
Amendment of the Health Insurance (Midwife and Nurse Practitioner) Determination 2011
Schedule 1 amends the Health Insurance (Midwife and Nurse Practitioner) Determination 2011.

Inner metropolitan area means an area classified as an inner metropolitan area in the document titled ‘Telehealth Eligible Service Areas’, as in force on 30 June 2011 and approved by the Minister.

telehealth eligible area means an area classified as a telehealth eligible area by the Minister.
