1Name

This instrument is the Health Insurance Legislation Amendment (2018 Measures No. 4) Regulations 2018.

2Commencement

1. (1)

   Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Health Insurance (General Medical Services Table) Regulations 2018

After paragraph 1.1.2(c) of Schedule 1

Insert:

1. ; (d)

   a medical practitioner who is undertaking a placement in general practice that is approved by the ACRRM:

   1. (i)

      as part of a training program for general practice leading to the award of Fellowship of the ACRRM; or

   2. (ii)

      as part of another training program recognised by the ACRRM as being of an equivalent standard.
