  1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Health Insurance (General Medical Services Table) Amendment Regulations 2007 (No. 2).

  1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on 1 April 2007.

  1. Amendment of Health Insurance (General Medical Services Table) Regulations 2006

Schedule 1 amends the Health Insurance (General Medical Services Table) Regulations 2006.

Schedule 1          Amendment

(regulation 3)

[1]          Schedule 1, subrule 3 (1), definition of general practitioner, after paragraph (b)

insert

(ba)a practitioner in relation to whom a determination is in force under regulation 6DA of the Health Insurance Regulations 1975 recognising that he or she meets the fellowship standards of the ACRRM; or
